In compliance with data protection regulations, DISTILLER S.A.U. informs its customers, suppliers and potential customers who have provided personal data to DISTILLER, S.A.U. of the terms and conditions governing the processing of such personal data by DISTILLER, S.A.U.

• To carry out the sale and promotion of our products and services and the maintenance and management of the contractual relationship The data will be kept for this purpose for as long as the contract is in force and, once it has expired, for as long as any liabilities arising from the contract are prescribed.
• Manage the sending of commercial communications from DISTILLER related to the purposes indicated in the preceding paragraph, by electronic and/or conventional means, which we will keep until you tell us otherwise or, where appropriate, oppose or revoke their consent.
• If you send us your curriculum vitae, the personal data collected in it will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in selection processes and will be kept for that purpose until you indicate your opposition or revocation of your consent.
The data that DISTILLER will process are: (i) identification data (name, surname, ID card, professional postal address, professional email address); (ii) data of personal characteristics (position and company); and (iii) data of commercial information. In the case of CV’s sent to us, DISTILLER will process the data gathered in them.
The users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the data provided and undertake to keep them duly updated.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE DATA PROCESSING?
The legitimacy for the processing of your data by DISTILLER is the contractual relationship that we maintain and/or requested and, where appropriate, the proper implementation of the contract requested, not being possible to comply otherwise.
In case you send us your CV, the legitimacy for the processing of your data by DISTILLER is your consent to such processing.

DISTILLER informs you that it has implemented the technical and organizational security features necessary to ensure the security of your personal data and avoid its alteration, loss and treatment and/or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment.
