Treatments
With techniques such as distillation, rectification and evaporation and a large team of experts in the field, we work on the recovery of waste and energy.
Through distillation, we separate a target product from the rest of the improper ones in a liquid mixture thanks to the difference in volatility or the boiling point.
By grinding, we separate several components separately from a residual liquid mixture. From the different boiling points of each target product we recirculate the mixture in our columns and through the iterative process we proceed to a fractional distillation, separating the desired solvents.
In each production center we have a water treatment plant composed of water distillation reactors (evaporation) and a fully automated biological plant (equipped with MBR technology), which allows us to obtain treated water that complies with the parameters established by current laws for the discharge of wastewater.
By means of evaporation, we heat the mixture until we can evaporate the water by concentrating those non-volatile components that remain in the concentrate. At the same time, we condense the vapors generated to send the distilled water to the biological treatment plant for purification.
